Many people wake up in the morning with a stiff neck and wonder why?
Many times it is the pillow that you are sleeping on is Not supporting your neck properly.
It is vital that the pillow that you use is not TOO BIG or Too Small to support your neck in a neutral position.
Each of us have different body types making it important to carefully select the right pillow for our neck.
Pillows that are too big will tilt your head up too high and put too much pressure at the base of your neck.
PIllows that are too small will not support your normal natural forward curve that keeps your neck bones and nerves in harmony; Therefore, not allowing you to wake-up with a pain free neck.
